We are presently working closely with one of our clients to assist in their appointment of a transactional partner for their Brussels office. They are looking to appoint a senior lawyer within either Corporate or Real Estate to compliment their present composition.
The firm has international offices and co-operation agreements globally. They have core competencies in Corporate & M & A, Tax, Social, Restructuring, Financing, Administrative, Real Estate, Commercial Distribution, and IT / IP.
They are looking at succession planning and ideally would like to appoint a senior lawyer with 10- years + experience and proven background to join their partnership. Ability to manage staff and also business development would be beneficial.
