My client is looking to add an experienced real estate finance lawyer to their private bank division to work in the City on a 12 month contract role.
The role will primarily involve providing technical expertise and support in the area of property finance law and regulation affecting the structured property finance desk.
A successful candidate will have experience of working in a bank or closely with banks, and have excellent working and practical technical knowledge of all legal documentation applicable to the business areas together with the applicable law and regulation relating to the provision of banking and financial services.
