Commercial Property Solicitor - 1 year + PQE

A fantastic opportunity has become available with a leading regional law firm that is top 100 ranked. The highly respected Commercial Property team are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor or Associate to join the Development team in Bristol.

Applicants will ideally have around 1-4 years PQE gained with a leading property practice.

It is important that you are technically excellent and commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including landlord and tenant, portfolio management and some knowledge of development work. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
