Interim Commercial Lawyer

My client, a global financial services company based in London, is looking to hire a commercial lawyer on a contract basis to join their in house legal team.

The main purpose of the role:

• To provide legal support to all facets of the business interfacing at all levels within the corporate structure as well as providing strategic and commercial legal advice and support to both internal and external operations.
• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of legal documentation including, technology and procurement contracts.

The ideal candidate:

• Will be an experienced commercial lawyer (5 years PQE*) with significant experience of supporting procurement and sales teams.
• Will have experience of technology /outsourcing.
