This leading national practice boast an excellent Corporate team, based across multiple offices, with a strong offering in mid-market M&A and Private Equity work.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic team, working with Chambers rated partners, and will enjoy a broad and diverse range of Corporate work. You will work across a range of sectors, acting for clients in the energy, financial services and insurance industries.

The successful applicant will have completed at least one seat in Corporate law at either a leading City, National, or Regional practice, and will be keen to further develop their experience within this area.
