Reporting to the Firm's Head of Compliance, you will work within a busy team and provide guidance on both Conflicts and AML issues. Alongside resolving complex Conflicts issues and liaising with partners, you will also be expected to carry out risk assessments on high risk clients, including Sanctions checks. There will also be scope to become involved in other compliance projects including policy work.
In order to be considered, you will have an in-depth knowledge of CDD requirements and existing AML legislation, primarily gained within a law firm compliance environment. Experience of Sanctions, SARs and dealing with PEPs would be highly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for an Analyst looking to take the step up to the next level.
