THE ROLE
For this role the successful Private Client Solicitor will be joining our client’s successful team based in their West Midlands office. You will manage a mixed caseload of private client matters to include; wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration, inheritance and capital gains tax issues. This is a great role for a sociable, commercially-minded solicitor with a sound knowledge of all aspects of probate work who is looking to substantially expand his or her role from the start. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be 4 + years’ PQE:
Have solid experience in probate, inheritance tax and estate administration matters;
Be business-orientated, with an excellent eye for marketing and networking opportunities;
Be ambitious and determined, with an enthusiastic and dynamic approach.
