THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a dynamic Conveyancing Executive to join their busy Conveyancing department based in the West Midlands. Working closely with senior fee earner and partner the successful candidate will be required to run their own caseload of plot sales, purchases and part exchanges. Working Collaboratively with the larger team managing all aspects of residential conveyancing matters in the development sector is also a requirement for this role. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal;
Have solid experience of residential development and conveyancing matters;
Possess excellent communication and client management skills;
Be able to manage a demanding workload whilst adhering to tight deadlines;
