Berkshire practice requires a Private Client Legal Secretary

Well-known and respected both in the region and across the country they provide cost-effective bespoke advice to both businesses and private clients. With an increasing number of their departments attracting clients from overseas this practice enjoys continued success. They are now looking for a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their Berkshire Wills and Probate department.

The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit a Private Client Legal Secretary for their Windsor office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The role will involve setting up new client ledgers, preparing wills and assisting with estate files and elderly clients. You will be required to audio-type, produce bills, manage diaries, archive files, liaise with clients and arrange appointments. The Candidate

You must have experience as a Legal Secretary.
You will have experience in private client matters.
You will have experience of client ledger information.
You will be able to use Microsoft Office and dictation software.
You will be well presented and professional.
