The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Collaborative Family Lawyer to join a specialist team based in Dudley. Able to hit the ground running, the successful Lawyer will assist clients throughout the collaborative law process, undertaking a series of four way meetings and negotiations before drawing up and submitting settlement agreements. Areas may include: divorce; financial agreements; separations and private children matters.
Dedicated to business development, the successful Lawyer will make a positive contribution to the continued success of the department, immersing themselves within initiatives and building and maintaining client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE;
You will have solid collaborative experience in Family law;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be personable with a keen eye for detail;
You will have a flair for business development.
