Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol

The caseload will include a vast range of commercial matters to include commercial leases, property management, acquisition and disposals of freehold and leasehold land, corporate support, secured loans and refinancing, option agreements etc.

You will work with a host of clients both locally and nationally and the role includes the chance to get involved with developing and mentoring more junior members of this leading team. The ideal candidate will be a confident and competent commercial property lawyer with the passion to engage in business development matters helping to drive the team forward. You will have strong technical ability as well as a commercial approach in order to tailor solutions to various clients that you will deal with.
