The Role
Working as part of the team, candidates will undertake a broad diet of work that will cover our core corporate services including;
- Cross-border M&A (public and private), including:
- inception, planning and due diligence
- deal execution
- post-merger integrations
- joint ventures
- growth by alternatives to M&A
- Capital Markets (equity and debt)
- Private Equity
- Investment Funds
- Venture Capital
- Corporate Governance
The Candidate
Candidates who have around 2 - 8 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role. Suitable candidates will have an excellent academic record and technical ability, and will want to join a firm where lawyers are encouraged to take on as much responsibility as they can handle, and to develop their own business
