Professional Negligence Solicitor - Bristol

If you are a commercially aware Professional Negligence Solicitor seeking a new position within a specialist team at one of Bristol's leading litigation firms, read on.

Client: Our client is a national firm with a very strong Bristol presence. They are a full service firm providing legal services to business and individuals nationally. They are an innovative firm with clear career progression plans for staff as well as a range of benefits. They have many awards and accolades too.

Work: You will be working on a wide range of Professional Negligence cases to include a variety of claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. The claims are largely funded by legal expense insurers and the client will normally be a private individual. You will be a direct report of the Partner in charge.

You: A keen interest in professional negligence matters as well as strong organisational skills, a team player as well as self motivated and with a client focused approach. You will be a qualified Solicitor from NQ+ level.
