Civil Litigation Solicitor - Landlord & Tenant

My client, a national full service law firm are seeking a technically able and commercially aware lawyer to join their specialist Landlord and Tenant team, part of the wider Civil Litigation Division.

The work will involve a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes as well as specialist commercial banking recoveries claims for a major banking client.Clients will include LEI, private individuals, businesses and financial institutions. The work is often fast paced and sometimes challenging however it is very rewarding as well as working in a very co-operative and supportive team. You will get the chance to work on claimant and respondent matters - so a great position to enjoy a varied and exciting role.
