Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor seeking an opportunity to join a highly-regarded and long standing firm where you can undertake high quality residential conveyancing work for a first rate client base? I may have the option for you...
My client has provided legal services to the South Birmingham area for a number of years, based in a beautiful rural location close to Solihull. They have an existing well thought of residential conveyancing team who provide a high standard of service to their clients who are often repeat or referred by previous clients or family members. The matters they deal with concern the sales, purchases and remortgages of various freehold and leasehold properties, and the portfolio management of properties on behalf of investor clients.
The role that they are seeking to fill would be for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with aspirations to run the department who possesses, as a minimum, three to four years experience in domestic conveyancing work, ideally gained at a firm known to provide high client service.
