Wills, Trust and Probate Solicitor (4-5 Years PQE)

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join our Client’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team as a full-time Solicitor in their Buckinghamshire office.

Our Client is a leading law firm based in the South East, who are a full-service firm, offering a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and private individuals. They act for renowned blue-chip companies, SMEs, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organisations.

You must be STEP qualified and ideally have a minimum of 4-5 years PQE and running a successful caseload, including Court of Protection matters. You must also possess broad Wills, Trusts and Estates experience, where strong communication skills are essential.

You will be confident to network and have an interest in promoting the Wills, Trust and Probate department, which would include strengthening ties with existing contacts and developing new connections. It is important you are committed to delivering outstanding service levels and providing clear and prompt advice to your Clients, creating long-term relationships with them.
