Our Sheffield based client who are a Legal 500 listed law firm and expanding require a MOJ Fee Earner to join their personal injury department. You will handle cases that have been sent by a major client for recovery of their policyholders losses and injury arising from road traffic accidents. Duties will include:
-Ownership of a caseload of claims from retention to settlement
-Processing and assessing new instructions
-Dealing with written correspondence (inbound and outbound as appropriate)
-Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls
-Evidencing and valuing claims
-Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
-Negotiating with Defendants - Preparing court documents and dealing with all aspects of the litigation process (MOJ or Non MOJ)
To be considered for this vacancy ideally you will have minimum 12 months RTA personal injury fast track experience, including MOJ Portal experience.
Salary £18,000 - £25,000 Dependent upon experience.
