Senior Associate, Head of Homes sales, 6+ PQE

Your new firm
Due to growth within the Home Sales team, this ever-growing national firm are looking for a Head of Home Sales at a Senior Associate/Partner level to join their successful team in their Taunton office. The firm are renowned for giving expert advice in a wide variety of sectors across an extensive client base.

Your new role
This senior position is a varied and interesting role for Head of Home Sales, which will focus on the business as usual and business development. You will be preparing schemes for Home Sales freehold and leasehold and supporting the transactions team with any queries on difficult cases.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be of Senior Associate/Partner level with at least 6+ PQE within Property Development and will have prior experience of leading a team who deal with high volumes of business. You will possess excellent attention to detail and will be able to work to deadlines to ensure a thorough job has been done for the firm's clients. You will be driven, commercial and hold a passion for property work. You will be able to identify risks and will be a solutions focussed individual.
