My client, a reputable high street firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Conveyancer you are expected to review individual deeds packets, deal with registered and unregistered titles, liaise with third party establishments such as the Land Registry and conduct risk assessments on the destruction of deeds where they cannot be returned to the current or last owner.

The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of Commercial or Residential Property Law and have experience of working as a fee earner such as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Conveyancer in either of these areas of law.

Candidates must be able to work efficiently on their own.
