Private Client & Residential Property Solicitor - This is a wonderful opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-6 years relevant PQE to join a locally recognised Cheshire practice.

Our client, a multi-disciplined, friendly firm with a history dating back over a half a century are now seeking a further lawyer to join their team handling a mixed caseload of private client and light residential matters. You will be able to confidently manage a busy caseload of:

- Wills
- Probates
- LPA's
- Sales & purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity

This is an ideal opportunity for a 1 PQE+ lawyer looking to take the next step in their career handling a diverse range of work in an outstanding location.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered
