Corporate Funds Paralegal

Our client, a global investments firm, is looking for an ambitious Corporate Funds Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing NDA's, engagement letters, release letters, handling compliance matters and liaising with banks and advisers. 

A successful candidate will have strong academics (at least a 2:1 on at University and a Commendation on the LPC) as well as two years of experience working as a Corporate Funds Paralegal.
