OUR CLIENT
A leading investment manager with an established in house legal department seeks to appoint a corporate/commercial lawyer c 5PQE on a 6 month FTC position
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to provide legal and commercial support to the business. Reporting to the General Counsel the post holder will be expected to handle the drafting and negotiation of deal documentation, including Business Transfer Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements and all ancillary documentations in-house.
The post holder will also be expected to handle more general commercial work to include commercial and IT agreements, risk and regulatory matters
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting in house role within a growing business, candidates will be expected to have relevant technical experience, a city law frim background or similar preferably having spent some time in house on secondment. Applicants will be expected to have early availabiliy.
