Our client a mid-sized City Law firm have an opportunity to join an HR team of 10 at HR advisory level. This is a broad generalist role and responsibilities include: 

Responsibilities

  • New joiners inductions.
  •  Exit interviews.
  • Manage family leave processes.
  • Benefits – in particular help to manage the flexible benefits renewal.
  • HR Reporting.
  • Produce HR documents – change of terms letters, contract paperwork etc.
  • Assist with flexible working requests.

Essential Requirements

  • 2-3 years+ HR experience in a professional or financial services environment.
  • Intermediate excel skills & good analytical skills as this role will involve a lot of reporting.
  • Employment law knowledge.
  • Experience of managing employee lifecycle processes i.e. onboarding.
  • Excellent attention to detail.  

Desirable Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification.
  • HR reporting experience.
  • Exit interviews experience.
  • Legal experience.
  • Benefits experience.
