Our client a mid-sized City Law firm have an opportunity to join an HR team of 10 at HR advisory level. This is a broad generalist role and responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- New joiners inductions.
- Exit interviews.
- Manage family leave processes.
- Benefits – in particular help to manage the flexible benefits renewal.
- HR Reporting.
- Produce HR documents – change of terms letters, contract paperwork etc.
- Assist with flexible working requests.
Essential Requirements
- 2-3 years+ HR experience in a professional or financial services environment.
- Intermediate excel skills & good analytical skills as this role will involve a lot of reporting.
- Employment law knowledge.
- Experience of managing employee lifecycle processes i.e. onboarding.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements
- CIPD qualified or working towards a qualification.
- HR reporting experience.
- Exit interviews experience.
