Commercial Paralegal (12 month FTC)- Farnborough

Are you an LPC Graduate looking to gain some Corporate/ Commercial experience?


Our client is looking for an in-house Paralegal to join its Legal Services team in Farnborough. They are a defence company and their Legal Services team provide legal services to the internal business partners across all business requirements, including Commercial, Corporate, HR, IP, etc. The role will be varied and will involve the negotiation of commercial contracts, managing and resolving contractual and employment disputes and litigation. supporting corporate acquisition and disposal activity, advising on the protection of intellectual property rights, etc.


To be considered for this role, you must be an LPC Graduate with experience of dealing with commercial contracts. You must also have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a law firm or in an in-house legal function.
