Fantastic opening at this progressive top 30 City firm for ambitious debt capital markets lawyers to join this start-up department headed by a former Magic Circle partner. They are looking for both junior lawyers to work on public DCM deals, particularly issuers who pick up professional fees on more vanilla public debt issues plus a more senior associate who is building a name for themselves with book runners and lead arrangers who is looking for partnership and may be blocked at their current firm. Relevant experience in domestic listed debt capital market issues essential.
