Disputes and Resolutions Solicitor

My client has an exciting vacancy for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy Disputes and Litigation Team.

The successful candidate will have the confidence and experience of managing a sizeable and varied caseload consisting of both civil and commercial litigation to include; contractual disputes, company disputes and property disputes. The appointed candidate will be an enthusiastic team player.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience of working within a litigation team;
Previous property litigation experience;
The ability to work within a team but also have their own responsibilities and be able to work on their own initiative;
Ability to manage their own workload and have excellent organisational skills;
First rate communication skills;
Professional and positive work attitude;
Excellent telephone manner;
Modern IT Skills;
Organisational skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Commitment to the firm and the ability to provide a confident and positive input.
