Well established West Midlands firm has a vacancy for a Residential Property Solicitor.
Joining one of their offices in the Black Country, you will run a full residential property caseload in a busy department. Your caseload will predominantly consist of new build work and day to day responsibilities will include:
- Advising on title checking
- Responding to clients and third parties on technical legal enquiries
- Checking and authorising sale and purchase files for exchange of contracts
You must have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a busy team. You will also get involved in training and supervising Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.
