Our client is leading UK law firm with a highly regarded professional negligence team. As a solicitor in the professional negligence team you will be recovering the cost and expense of negligent advice provided by solicitors, surveyors, IT consultants, accountants, administrators, auditors, financial advisers, insurance brokers and other professionals.


An opportunity exists for a Partner with experience of professional negligence to join the team. Applicants will be expected to bring a suitable following. Individuals with a track record of conducting professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals through the litigation process, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution will be welcomed.
