In-House - Regulatory Counsel 5+PQE- Leading Global Bank (London)

Our client is a leading global bank looking to expand their Regulatory Legal team with a strong 5+ PQE Regulatory Lawyer with strong financial services regulatory experience (FCA and/or PRA).

You will work in a flat-structured and collegiate legal function and work closely with senior members of the legal team including the Head of Legal. You will also liaise regularly with front office and key stakeholders within the business.

You will implement and advise on a broad range of financial services regulations (such as MIFID II, EMIR, Dodd Frank, CASS, FATCA, AIFMD and UCITS) related to both retail and investment banking across EMEA.
