Our client is a full service commercial firm based in the West End. They have a thriving property practice and are looking to add to the team with a junior to mid level property litigation solicitor.
This is a varied role covering a wide range of property litigation matters, including 1954 Act lease renewals, terminal dilapidations claims, service of break notices, advising landlord and tenants generally. Some knowledge of lease extensions and collective enfranchisement would be welcome.
It is anticipated the successful applicant will probably have between 2 and 4 years PQE, though this is just a guide and more senior candidates will be considered. Ideally you will have property litigation experience gained in a similar firm or market but this is not essential.
