Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting fora a Paralegal to join our clients Health Property department to be based in their Liverpool office.

The role will involve drafting documentation such as Land Registry documents, leases, licences, agreements for sale and SDLT forms, reviewing deeds and general day to day administration on behalf of the NHS clients.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the property sector, strong communication and IT skills and attention to detail. Public sector work experience would be desirable but is not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal to gain experience within the Health sector, with fantastic prospects of progression with this market leading team.
