Construction Associate with experience in both contentious and non-contentious work required by mid-tier London practice.
The Construction team at this mid-tier London practice was originally solely focused on contentious work, however has now grown into a full-service offering for major domestic and international clients. Currently the department advises institutions, contractors, developers, funders, and HNW private clients in relation to the full spectrum of Construction work. The team has experienced a substantial period of growth, and is now keen to add an additional associate at 1-4 PQE.
The successful applicant will undertake a broad range of work, including drafting of project documents, contracts, and bonds, as well as dealing with a diverse range of disputes relating to substantial infrastructure projects, and as part of a support function for the firm's Real Estate offering.
Applicants should have gained solid experience of working in a mixed role, handling both contentious and non-contentious work, within a recognised Construction team at either a leading City, National, or Regional practice.
