Fantastic opportunity for a corporate/private equity lawyer, either already working as a PSL or looking for their first move into a PSL role.

Assisting senior members of the existing PSL team you will enjoy a broad range of professional support work including; managing know how and developing precedents, monitoring and reporting on market activity, tracking deal information, assisting with training and supporting fee earners with days to day queries.

Suitable candidates will have gained experience in a well-regarded corporate team and have excellent knowledge of the Companies Act. Strong academics are also key. Part time/flexible working considered.
