Corporate Lawyer

A reputable multinational consumer goods organisation are looking to bring on a Corporate Lawyer to join their Legal Affairs team in Slough for 6 months.

About the role

Based in Slough, the Corporate Lawyer will assist the team on a range of corporate legal matters in relation to M&A work.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and renewing new contracts
• Implementing corporate policies
• Conducting governance work and due diligence in relation to M&A integration
• Assisting with the business's corporate restructuring
• Assisting with HR related work

You will be a qualified Corporate Lawyer with a stellar background in corporate work. Some in-house experience would be preferable but individuals coming from a purely private practice background can still be considered. The client believes that at least three years' PQE would be required to take on the duties associated with the role, but all applications will be judged on merit. One of the key requirements for this role is somebody who is comfortable dealing with complex transactions but at the same time, possesses the humility to get involved in the more routine matters that will arise on a day-to-day basis.
