Our client is leading UK law firm with a highly rated, directory ranked banking and finance team. As a solicitor in the banking team you will be advising clients on corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, invoice discounting and re-financings across a wide variety of sectors. The team acts on behalf of borrowers, lenders, and investors.

Due to an increase in instructions, an opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor with experience in general banking and finance and specific exposure to acquisition finance. Experience of drafting and negotiating LMA facility documentation would also be desirable.
