Our client is a national law firm with top-tier legal 500 rankings for real estate. As a solicitor in this Real Estate department you will be acting for commercial and residential developers, housing associations, high value retailers and charities.
Due to an increase in client instructions, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor with at least 5 years of qualified experience in Real Estate. Experience of both commercial property and residential property is required for this role. In particular the successful candidate will have experience of sales and purchases, land acquisitions, joint ventures and development agreements.
