The Role
A rare opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a specialist team based in Woking. Acting for both corporate and private clients, the successful Solicitor will manage a busy and challenging caseload, encompassing contentious and non-contentious matters to include: unfair dismissals; contracts of employment; discrimination; redundancy; employment policies; advising on TUPE; preparing and negotiating settlement agreements and; employment tribunal claims.
Passionate about business development and marketing, the successful Solicitor will develop initiatives and build and maintain client and professional relationships in the region. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE gained within Employment;
You will be technically competent with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be commercially minded;
You will be personable with a keen eye for detail;
You will have a passion for business development and marketing.
