Probate Legal Assistant - Leeds city centre. Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm in Leeds.
To support the Team Leader, Probate Officers in providing a professional, efficient and effective probate recovery service in respect of deceased customer estates. You will be required to demonstrate a sound understanding of the sensitivity of the customer circumstances to ensure that all actions achieve the best outcome for the customer and the clients.
To communicate professionally and effectively with clients and 3rd parties (including executors, next of kin and solicitors) by phone or in writing. This may include client reporting. Investigating the value of assets within deceased customer estates and ensuring maximum recovery for the client. To deliver successfully to a high standard of quality combined with the expected level of output for the activities actioned.
Salary to £16,000 - £18,000.
