A great opportunity to join a Specialist Insurance Litigation Practice with an excellent reputation for this work.  In our Counter Fraud Team you will handle a mixed EL/PL/Motor Fast-track and Multi-track caseload for a wide range of clients including major insurers, self insureds, local authorities and Insurance Brokers. You will have plenty of support as well as autonomy to run your own caseload, including your own advocacy at CMCs and Application Hearings.  You will also build close links with our clients, reporting progress regularly, and advising on pragmatic, commercial solutions. 

You will be a Solicitor or ILEX with a minimum of two years counter fraud experience and have a good understanding of Insurance Litigation Practice and processes together with indemnity principles.  Plexus Law has always been known for it’s innovative, commercial approach and friendly, collegiate teams.
