Legal Counsel

1-3 years PQE In-house Legal Counsel required for world class business.


A leading international business is seeking a in-house Legal Counsel to join their growing team. This business thrive on begin market leaders and offering a world class service to their customers. A forever growing and developing business, working for this organisation has immense benefits.

Reporting to the Head of Legal , this individual will be responsible for providing advice on a wide range of legal issues. The ideal candidate must be competent working on a range of commercial contracts (particularly with the Public Sector) and will responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising. This individual will also deal with other legal issues like litigation, IP and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of advising the business on commercial matters, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts/ agreements/ tenders. You will be ideally 1-3 years PQE and have a solid understanding of UK contract law.
