The Company:

Pure Search is currently recruiting a Consumer Credit Lawyer for a fast growing and exciting Kent based financial services business.

The role:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice in relation to products
  • Provision of specialist advice on the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and secondary legislation, CONC
  • Managing relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Advising on legal and regulatory risks including the implementation of new legislation & regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring regulatory risk

About you:

Applicants are expected to be UK qualified solicitors with a background in consumer credit/retail financial services. This is a unique opportunity to join a business well positioned for growth and expansion.
