You will be a junior corporate commercial solicitor with experience covering the full range of transactional corporate matters to include M&A, AIM, MBOs, MBIs and shareholder work. You should have ideally trained with a leading regional firm or a London based firm boasting a strong commercial offering. The firm can offer a supportive and progressive environment and excellent client access and exposure for a low level of PQE.
