Medium-sized West End law firm, is looking to hire an enthusiastic and proactive Office Clerk. This role will suit a second jobber who is looking to build a career in legal administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Office Manager, and will undertake a broad range of administrative duties relating to facilities and HR administration.
Your duties will include:
- Sorting both the incoming and outgoing post and faxes;
- Photocopying, binding and scanning;
- Helping with office / furniture moves and PC set-up;
- Maintaining the annual leave and sick online system;
- Assisting the CEO with the firm’s payroll;
- Dealing with a range of ad hoc requests from the Office Manager.
