My client a top 100 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced junior Costs Negotiator/Costs Paralegal for their North Manchester office. This highly established, industry leading practice is known for providing a variety of services to insurers, governmental bodies as well as commercial customers. They offer assistance to defendant in cases of Road Traffic Accidents, Employer's and Public Liability and more. They deal with low value as well as multi-track cases. They are a renowned firm thanks to their professionalism and innovative approach.

I am working closely with my client to recruit a Costs Negotiator/ Costs Paralegal to join their busy team. Your duties would involve preparing Points of Reply, Schedules, negotiation and making settlements. The job also involves liaising with a range of internal and external clients and professionals. The right candidate will be experienced in all the above tasks. However, applicants with strong Litigation background will also be considered.
