Traditional law firm located in an idyllic Suffolk town is looking for a strong Conveyancer to handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Conveniently situated with the benefit of free onsite parking, our client has an excellent reputation within the local market. You will handle a full residential caseload including:

- freehold

- leasehold

- sales

- purchases

- remortgages

Light commercial property experience would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a superb position for applicants who are looking for a new opportunity to join a traditional law firm with a modern attitude. Both part time and full time applications will be considered, along with applicants who need a little extra training. Consequently, candidates of all levels from assistants through to fee earners and Heads of Departments are encouraged to apply.
