PI Legal Assistant

As a personal injury legal assistant, you will handle a mixed caseload of pre-litigation fast track RTA and EL/PL ex portal files. You will undertake necessary investigations and evidence gathering in order to allow for a decision on whether or not to proceed to litigation. You will produce your own work although supervision and support will be provided, to enable you to develop your experience and knowledge.

You will have knowledge of PI law, Pre-Action Protocols, CPR and funding as applicable. You will have previously utilised electronic case management systems and experience of client contact.
