Post-closing 2 or 3 Week Temp Corporate/Finance Locum Lawyer/Paralegal at US Law Firm: £20 p/h + OT

New York Law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their Corporate/Finance department on a short-term temporary basis to assist following a large closing.  The role will required an experienced applicant with the required duties, being checking, binding and collating a high number of documents.  You will be working directly with the lawyers however supervision isn’t guaranteed so applicants who can work autonomously and proactively are crucial.  This role will be for an initial two or possible weeks with standard hours 9:30 – 17:30 and possible overtime.  With this role being an immediate start, following clearance, applicants need to be able to work all weekdays over the next month.  Candidates must have at least 6-12 months Corporate transactional experience, preferably from within a City law firm with previous indexing, collation and binding a must.  Offices are based in the City, plus there may well be flexibility with the rate for Ltd/Umbrella Company applicants
