My client, a Legal 500 law firm in Central Manchester is looking to recruit a Solicitor-Advocate or Barrister for an In-House Counsel role. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an award winning, personal injury specialist with an excellent reputation in the market.

Duties will include:
* Dealing with block bookings at local Stage 3 MOJ Hearings
* Telephone conferences/applications
* Dealing with Fast Track Trials
* Drafting of pleadings and court documents including but not limited to Schedule of Loss in low to medium valued Multi Track cases
* Provide written advice on cases

The successful candidate must have proven Claimant Personal Injury experience and you will have excellent working knowledge of the CPR & JC Guidelines etc.
