Charities Solicitor - 2-4ypqe

This is a newly created role for a junior Charities Solicitor to join an established and thriving department at a Legal 500 firm.
 
The department offer top class advice on a range of legal issues which are unique to the charity and non for profit sectors; regulatory matters, litigation, establishing new, structuring, closing charities, mergers & acquisitions, HR and Employment issues.
 
Ideally you will have some previous legal experience as part of a charity law practice but will also consider candidates who work in other disciplines who may have some exposure in advising legal matters within the charity sector.
