Here at CRA we are currently recruiting for a specialist law firm with a strong presence in the North West. The firm place a heavy emphasis on their Motor Claims department and have an experience team of advisors and litigated on hand to offer their expertise. It is for their office in Liverpool that they are looking to take on a Fee Earner to join their busy Credit Hire/Motor Recoveries department on a Full-Time Basis.

The role will typically involve managing the Motor Claims once passed over from First Point of Call. You will deal with contacting third parties and maintaining contact, arranging medical appointments and gaining feedback, arranging offers. You will typically manage the credit hire process up until litigation in addition. You will oversee the whole process from inception up until litigation.

For the right candidate progression is available and the firm are always keen for the team to pick up litigation knowledge/practical experience.

The successful candidates will typically have 6 months experience of managing this process and a keen interest to pursue this from a legal perspective. Candidates have typically come from a credit hire/insurance background but all applications with the relevant experience will be considered. This role benefits from Monday-Friday work.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. Free onsite parking is also included, alongside a subsidised café.
